Field reports

Loved by gardeners,
tolerated by their slugs.

I went from killing basil to putting up jars of pesto. Genuinely the only app on my phone that's made me a better person.

Do I need raised beds?+

Not at all. Dirt Nerd works for raised beds, in-ground plots, allotments, balcony containers — any growing space.

Will it be too complicated for a beginner?+

It's built for beginners. The setup takes 2 minutes and the Saturday brief tells you exactly what to do — no gardening knowledge required.

What if I miss a week?+

Nothing bad happens. We catch you up the following Saturday, adjusting tasks for what's still relevant.

Does it work outside the UK?+

Yes — it's tuned for temperate climates worldwide. Enter any postcode or coordinates and we'll pull your local frost data.

How much does it cost?+

One bed is free, forever. The full plan — unlimited beds, succession scheduling, reminders — is £6/month.

Can I import my existing garden plan?+

You can add your existing beds and crops during onboarding. CSV import is on the roadmap.
